Front 30 Ranch

he Front 30 Ranch is located at 198 Cedar Mills Road in Gordonville, Texas. Situated in the heart of the Lake Texoma area, Cedar Mills, Cedar Bayou, and Walnut Creek Marinas lie within a one-mile radius. Additional marinas less than five minutes away include Big Mineral, Shepard Air Force Base Annex, and Paw Paw Creek. The lake is well known for water sports and related activities throughout north Texas.

The Sherman-Denison area is 30 miles to the east, Whitesboro and Gainesville, Texas lie at a distance of 15 and 30 miles respectively, and the Madill-Kingston, Oklahoma environs are approximately 20 miles north.
Access from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Oklahoma City is easy, direct, and involves a 1 to 2 hour drive.

Drive north toward Gainesville. At Gainesville, exit east on US Hwy 82 and continue to Whitesboro. Take exit # 624 (US Hwy 377), turn left (north) and continue on US Hwy 377 approximately 12 miles until you reach the large billboard for Cedar Mills Marina and Thousand Trails (on the right side of the highway). Turn right (east) onto Cedar Mills Road for two-tenths of a mile. You will see our sign on the left and our driveway on the right. Pull right in and head for the houses.

Drive north toward Sherman. In Sherman, exit west onto US Hwy 82 and continue to Whitesboro. Take exit # 624 (US Hwy 377), turn right (north) and continue on US Hwy 377 approximately 12 miles until you reach the large billboard for Cedar Mills Marina and Thousand Trails (on the right side of the highway). Turn right (east) onto Cedar Mills Road for a distance of two-tenths of a mile. You will see our sign on the left and our driveway on the right. Pull right in and head for the houses.

I-35 and Highway 69/75 provide excellent access to the Lake Texoma area. Once you cross the Red River, proceed from either Gainesville or Sherman to Whitesboro. Cross Lake Texoma on the Willis Bridge(US Hwy 377) and head south to Cedar Mills Road (6th road on your left). Turn left (east) and continue for a distance of two-tenths of a mile. You will see our sign on the left and our driveway on the right. Pull right in and head for the houses.
